Qatar‑Sweden Consultations Convene in Stockholm
The fifth round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Sweden took place in Stockholm on a Thursday.
Leadership of the Delegations
HE Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed the Qatari side, while HE Mikael Lindvall, Director‑General for Global Affairs at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, led the Swedish delegation.
Focus on Strengthening Bilateral Ties
During the talks, both parties discussed ways to foster cooperative relations between Qatar and Sweden.
Participation of Qatar’s Envoy and Team
The consultation was attended by HE Nadia bint Ahmed Al Sheebi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Sweden, together with her accompanying delegation.
